If you are dissatisfied with the goods delivered or the size does not fit, you of course have the option of making use of your right of withdrawal and sending the goods back to us. Of course, you can also only return part of your order. You can do this within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Please note that the returned goods must meet the following criteria.
- The goods are new, unused and undamaged
- The item is in the original packaging
- The return slip is in the package
- Within the 14-day return period
