If you are dissatisfied with the delivered goods or the size doesn't fit, you of course have the option to return them. your Right of withdrawal to take advantage of this and return the goods to us. Of course, you can also return only part of your order. You can do that within 14 days after receiving the goods do.
Please note that returned goods must meet the following criteria.
- The item is new, unused and undamaged.
- The item is in its original packaging
- Please include the return form (printable from the website) with the shipment.
- Within the 14-day return period
Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event of a partial cancellation on your part and the order value falling below the threshold, we reserve the right to claim the pro rata shipping costs, provided that we informed you of the amount in advance or that these were easily calculable.
