Shipping to Germany:

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within Germany. within 1-4 days After conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the date of the payment order). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which will also contain a link to DHL's shipment tracking.

The above-mentioned delivery times do not apply to orders containing pre-order items, provided the customer has declined partial delivery during the checkout process. In this case, the delivery date of the item with the latest shipping date applies.

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of €4.99 (gross) for delivery within Germany. Orders over €50.00 qualify for free shipping throughout Germany.

Orders and their payments received by 2 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day and are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. However, there may be seasonal peaks, especially during the pre-Christmas period. We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. That's a promise.

If one item is unavailable, the entire order will only be shipped once all items are available.
